AV (Audio/Visual) included with no extra cost for 1 to 3 hour events.

After 3 hours of event use, the cost of the use of AV is $10 per hour.

As inclusion without any extra cost, a professional AV personnel is available for assistance onsite.

As part of our COVID-19 protocol(s), all equipment, AV, chairs, tables, and restroom and more are sanitized after each event use. Everyone is required a temperature check (forehead) prior to entering the facility.

The facility is equipped with surveillance cameras in each room with outdoor security.

Smoking and Alcohol of any kind is prohibited or not allowed including no weapons of any kind onsite. If violated, client is dismissed from the property without refund.

Children is not allowed to run throughout the facility because they can be injured, therefore, creating other related facility liabilities.

You must be 24 years of age or older to use the facility and the same individual to which the contract is written or undersigned.

We have the right not to accept, deny or refuse an event request for various reasons.

Remebmer, our cost varies between family events, not-for-profit events, for-profit events and more.

However, we guarantee an event cost we both can agree upon to be acceptable to both parties involved.
